Other Information
These pads are handmade in a smoke-free home. All fabrics are prewashed in eco-friendly laundry liquid, so your pads are ready to wear. We have a cat (Not allowed into the sewing room, but is an indoor cat). So if you have an allergy to cats or washing detergents, I suggest you wash the pads and hang them on the line before use for the first time, to remove any potential allergen. I offer a 3 month guarantee on sewing defects in the pads. If you have a structural sewing defect within the first 3 months of use, please let me know and we can arrange a repair.

These items are sold "As Is", and may include slight flaws in stitching due to them being hand made. Obsidian Star makes no claims or guarantee to the durability or effectiveness of these pads. Fabrics may fade or stain with use and will wear out over time. Wear on each pad is reduced the more pads you own. So it is recommended to have a supply of pads to allow you to wash once or twice per cycle. Careful usage & washing will help to reduce fading, staining and wear.
3 Month Sewing Guarantee
I'm confident that you will not have any problems due to sewing errors in your pads, however if a problem was to occur it would generally happen the first time it was washed. Problems could include the core bunching up inside the pad, stitching coming loose or a section of the top or bottom fabric coming away at the seams. If your pads have a problem such as this (Related to the sewing of your pads) within the first 3 months of use, you may send the pad back to me and I will repair it free of charge. (If such a problem occurs please notify me first to arrange this). This does not cover wear and tear, staining or any other problems other than that of workmanship/sewing.
Returns
Sizing information is provided to help you work out if the pad is the right shape and size for you. Due to the personal nature of these products, cloth pads cannot be returned for reasons of change of mind or incorrect fitting.
