An "All-in-One" (AIO) pad is a cloth pad that is used as-is. These are "non-waterproofed" - meaning they do not have a leakproof barrier at all, only absorbent layers.
 
These are a "medium" to "heavy" absorbency pad. Suitable for use on heavy days, incontinence, overnight or post partum (after childbirth). Some of these are longer than average, to give extra coverage especially when lying down.
